“Host was super accommodating and communication was perfect. Loved the free washer and dryer and they provide everything you need. Was excited to see an ice machine too. Did get pretty cold and was hard to keep the room warm, but that may be just me being spoiled and not used to the Memphis weather. My husband really liked the back parking area, well monitored and felt very safe. Definitely going to be our new go to when visiting Memphis.”

“This was one of my most favorite stays in a VRBO, Air B&B, etc. When i pulled up, I let my dog out (on leash) to let him check things out and maybe do a little business, and that's when the owner came right out to the street to shake my hand and meet us.He is very pleasant gentleman; eaay to talk to; friendly and accommodating.
