“He estado alojada otras veces en este simpático castillo. Esta vez tenía que ir a ayudar a mi hijos a instalarse en la universidad de Bangor. Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. ”

The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had 4 heavy suitcases and the owner, Phil, gave us a ride to the train station himself.”

“This is a gorgeous stay. Conwy is like a fairy tale and this stay added to the charm. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. No AC, so bring portable fans if you need it. Just darling, I will be dreaming of when I will be returning. Easy walk from train station, castle, and dining.”

“The ground floor room was very convenient for access with our dog. The whole place was always kept clean & tidy. Superb cooked breakfast every morning & the evening meals that we had were also excellent. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. The bar / pub area had a very good atmosphere, with locals drinking & eating there as well as motel guests. A two minute walk to a great beach. We will definitely return.”

“Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations.
