“Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved. “Room was great with amazing views. Friendly and lovely staff.. Great location. Also, high compliments for the food we had there. We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. Will be going back for sure. ”
