“So this property is 0 flexible with the guests, also i waited almost 2 hours to get into the place, i was freezing outside, you can hear everything on the building, and the shower also had problems, stay away from here”

“It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.”

Highly recommended alternative for 1-2 people who want to be centrally located to greater Seattle, but avoid the hectics of a downtown hotel. Owners are super helpful. Great communications.
