“Nice little property, handy for all amenities, shops , restaurants, pubs, takeaways etc. Very clean. If it were mine, I would spend a couple of hours in the back yard with a sweeping brush/ power washer/ weed killer. It really would make a big difference, as the back yard is a proper sun trap. ”

“Great communication and welcome instructions - clear, helpful and constructive. The house is wonderful, clean, warm and full of character (watch your head in some rooms). It is effectively located in the centre which means you don't need a car. 7 of us stayed and the house provided private space for us all. Main bedrooms all ensuite with bedding to match expectation. “The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...
