“The property is advertised as a premium accommodation with a 10/10 rating; however, based on our experience, it did not meet that standard. I would rate it closer to a 7.Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the home, and the property appeared quite dated. The furnishings, appliances, and overall condition felt old. Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible sand and dirt in the bedrooms and bathrooms, stained linens, and some broken furniture.The location is not convenient...

“Wonderful Stay!!! The condo is so spacious you feel relaxed the moment you walk in the door. The flooring is just beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Our favorite time of the day was having morning coffee on the upstairs lanai sitting on the comfortable furniture. The pools are landscaped beautifully. Location is fantastic- quiet area of the resort, close to shops, restaurants and the club house. Kristi was a very nice host. ”

“The rental was perfect for my friends and I. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary amenities. The door key code was challenging so we just used the key. Response was quick and helpful. Mornings on the lanai with coffee was a wonderful way to start the day. Some of us started our days at the beach watching the sunrise. The unit was comfortable and clean. The extras were useful- chairs, beach towels, etc. I woupd definitely stay there again. ”

Super property, loved hearing the waves even being a block off the waterfront!! Very spacious and ample of room for our entire family of 9. Had an excellent time!! Next time, need to stay longer!! ”
