“This place is beautiful and charming. My self and my two horn h children stayed on the first floor in the large suite with two beds and a pull out futon. Unfortunately, the entire third floor was rented out to a family who were extremely loud. The children continuously ran around the floor and one evening the family had a party that was completely out of hand. I think the children were rolling pool balls on the floor and bowling with them. “We enjoyed our stay at this clean, thoughtfully decorated, and conveniently located residence. It was somewhat difficult to find the first time due to all the cars parked on the road, making the driveway hard to find. However, once we found it, we were easily able to find our parking spot and get into the home thanks to the directions sent from Simone. The home is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We were thankful for the earplugs as the frogs are quite loud at night.”

I felt like I moved into an actual home just because I was able to wash and dry my clothes with accessible machines when I need to; WITH DETERGENT PROVIDED! I enjoyed that so much. “Great location and well stocked quirky and old-school funky apartment! Loved it, and was a perfect base for the three of us for a week in Hilo! Not a fancy place, but had everything we needed and was well stocked and had nice touches like a lot of plugs around! Nice and helpful host, too! Would stay again on a return trip!”

“Pros: Property was clean and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Big property, nice parking, quiet area, good location near major attractions. Cons: No sink in the kitchen. Especially annoyed that they ask for you to clean all the dishes before you leave. I don’t know what they’re thinking.
