“Great location near the pier in Capitola. Quick walk to beach. Everything you need from umbrellas, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Also appreciated the granola bars; Having a garage was really handy as parking is difficult in Capitola. We were there with my daughter and 2 of her besties for an early 16th bday surf trip. “Living room on the small side. Wish we could access the beach, without having to climb the wall. Would have been nice to have more coffee cups and dishes, as we had to rewash them several times. We enjoyed the fresh ocean air without a doubt. The bathrooms were nice. It would have been nice to have stair railings on both sides instead of only one. Great that the unit was near the end of the row of townhouses, as we for the most part had not many cars next to us. ”

“This cottage is a cosey, quiet, and private place with incredible ocean views. It has a well equipped kitchen, all the linens, towels and/or blankets you need, and many games and books. We especially enjoyed walking on the uncrowded and sometimes totally private beach. In addition to small families, I highly recommend it for couples. It was a great and romantic getaway for us.”

“I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!”

“This is our second time staying at this lovely home. The location is perfect. We really enjoy the walk to the Boardwalk and pier. The house is very clean and well equipped to handle a large family. ”

“We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at this quiet beautifully decorated home a few feet from the beach. Most of what we needed was in walking distance. Communication on the property was excellent throughout but there was nothing we had any issues with. Keep a look out for a small toad who hangs out on the back patio, he likes to come out in the evening. Catch a sunset, catch a sunrise and remember you can walk to and from the Crows Nest via Twin Lakes beach during low tide.”

Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable.
