“Avoid like the plague. This place is unfit to stay in. I had expectrd outdated and basic but what we got was filth, disrepair and no privacy due to the missing blinds in main areas. I took off the mattress protectors and would advise nobody sleep in those beds. Filthy, stained mattresses throughout. We left early and complained directly to the owners. Could not have cared less. I eventually got a full refund from Expedia, having pointed out breach of statutory rights and the owner's own...

“Cooker broken, fire worked then didnt!!! Very little crockery.flooring needed a clean don’t even think it was dirty just very old”

“Had a strange smell, reasonably clean, beds ok! Staff at main reception were rude and not very helpful with booking activities and found it costly to access swimming”

“Specifies no dogs yet the caravan smelled of dogs there was dog bowls a dog mat and a sign in the caravan saying clean up after any pets, not good when you have allergies. Also no cleaner had bedn in before our stay, if they had they nedd sacking”

The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but there were no towels or tea-towels, dishcloths etc. and no tea, coffee etc. The bed linen wasn’t great, with stains and burn marks on the duvet cover.
