“Beautiful old hotel with amazing grounds & easy walk to the lake. The room was spacious for 3 adults & we were very well looked after. Only downside was mh husband not having his favourite bourbon & no tawny port for me!! Thats being picky!! ”

The room was beautiful and so were the views from our room. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is a short walk in to the little town where there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars. The hotel over looks the boat docks so you can easily get boat tours around the lake. “Lovely quiet courtyard room - 309 - would request again for the peaceful location. We have stayed in a lake view room in the past and would pick the courtyard over it, as it means you aren’t on the main road. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from check-in, to spa, to restaurant. ”
