The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal. “Great townhome, had lots of items in the kitchen to make cooking in very easy. Beds all very comfortable. Views were breath taking and easy to get to Banff and Lake Louise. Only downside is it’s right off the road do you hear traffic snd the train if the windows are open. Overall great place! ”

“ Not enough glasses, plates, seating for several people. Door lock defective and couldnt lock when leaving for two days. Bed comforters have not been laundered. Rear porch stairs impassable due to trees in the steps. Front entrance stairway had a loose trim that fell off when stepped apon. Home is not well cated for and it shows.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much - thanks to this property. It was immaculate, clean, new and modern in its amenities. It had every kitchen utensil that you could think of (minus a bread toaster). Bedrooms were a bit tight. A window covering by the patio door would be of value, especially when the sun was up. Despite these little things, I would rate this property highly. We’d definitely return to this property if we’re ever back in Canmore.”

“Host was responsive and very welcoming. Home was clean and fit us perfectly. They also had nice extras like the game console and a second tv area. The kitchen was well stocked for a large group, which makes such a difference when people are eating at different times. Thank you to the hosts, Hannah and Frank. ”

“A little tricky accessing the website that had all of the details/check-in, check-out information, especially when wi-fi was sketchy. Once we found it, it was great, just as pictured. Site said some queen beds but all were kings. Looks like they are in process of continuing some updates so will be even better once they finish. No extra garbage bags, owner said someone would drop them off, then said no worries they would take care of garbage. Remote location, great yard! Need a car to get any...
