“Not a lodge/hotel but a 2 room apartment. 3rd floor walk up using narrow stairs; no elevator. Great location. Small but adequate balcony overlooking main street of Zermatt. Noisy bedroom until 10:00 PM. With occasional noisy groups passing below until 2:00. Internet connection terrible, very intermittent. Living room tiny. Extra charge for cleaning. Would not recommend ”

“Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has...

“We stayed for one week. This was an outstanding place to stay. The photos and description don't even do it justice. There are views of the Matterhorn from every room and a cozy balcony and hot tub. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Owners are extremely responsive. There is a lift that takes you to street level that is easy and convenient. “En lo que respecta al hotel todo ha resultado excelente. Tuvimos un inconveniente totalmente ajeno al hotel (un accidente de ski) y por esa razón no pudimos disfrutar plenamente del hotel. Pero ha sido remarcable la predisposición y compromiso con que el staff del hotel nos ayudó en todo lo que surgió tras el accidente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Lo único que puedo aportar a quienes consulten esta opinión es que no es posible acceder a las pistas de ski directamente desde el hotel. Es necesario...
