Royalton Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino - Newly Renovated

10/10 Excelente

"We were initially a little skeptical because we had read some mixed reviews, so we wanted to share our own experience after 10 days.We were very impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the hotel was. The resort has a great size, the rooms are spacious and perfect for families. We traveled with two children and everyone had plenty of space. Our kids especially loved the pools, the activities during the day and evening, and the entertainment program The food was good, and we enjoyed the restaurants. We could also see that many areas are being renovated and modernized. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Fabian, who was our personal contact during our stay. The tour we booked through him was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the ice cream station was out of order during our entire stay, but Kevin and his team always made us delicious coffee instead. ☕️ There was also some seaweed on the beach, but that is nature and not the hotel’s fault. We appreciated that the beach was cleaned every day. The spa was relaxing. One thing we personally missed was the possibility to withdraw Mexican pesos at the hotel. The ATM only provided US dollars, which was inconvenient for us as we live in Mexico and resulted in additional fees. Overall, we had a wonderful 10 days and would have happily stayed longer. We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. ❤️"

8/10 Bueno

"Great facilities for families with young children. Only downside was a lack of dining options. It appeared that they were trying to economize the menu. Buffet had probably half the options other Dreams hotels I've stayed at locally had."
