La ubicación muy chevere, la atención de todos excelente; muy agradable… más q un hotel uno se siente como en su propio apartamento. Depronto se podría poner una nevera pequeña x habitación y más sabanas…. a veces no teníamos claro con quien se podía solicitar ayuda en temas, sería bueno una persona todo el tiempo en la entrada…. Volvería feliz!

Eo desayuno en dos ceibas es increible,pero no nos dijeron que era por unos días,despues fuimos al de ellos y lo tienen q mejorar bastante. La piscina estaba vacía y tampoco nos dijeron nada. Las habitaciones están muy bien. Y dani nos esperó hasta que llegaramos,muy amable y atento.

Me encantó la ubicación, la decoración y el servicio. Lo que "no me gustó" es que el hotel es de cemento y es demasiado caliente, el ventilador no da abasto y no aire acondicionado. Pero todo lo demás excelente

Lo bueno: habitación cómoda, cama muy cómoda y regadera muy agradable. El restaurante que tienen está muy rico, almuerzo y comida bastante recomendables. Lo malo: 1) cuando hice mi reservación en Expedia decían que ofrecen estacionamiento y cuando llegué al hotel descubrí que no era cierto. Renté un auto para propósitos de mi viaje y el tener estacionamiento era una de las prioridades que busqué al hacer la reservación, me molestó saber que no dicen la verdad en la info de Expedia. 2) la limpieza es cada dos días, puede ser diaria pero tienes que pagar extra. Tampoco se me informó de eso a la llegada. 3) las habitaciones captan basicamente todo el sonido exterior, yo iba en plan de descanso y tuve la incomodidad de tener que llamarle la atención a otros huéspedes que llegaban de fiesta y querían seguirla en el lugar sin importarles que los demás estuvieran dormidos.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was very cozy with a jungle vibe. The rooftop pool and hangout area was amazing and we mostly had it all to ourselves! Close to a taco place, breakfast/coffee, and a smoothie bowl bar. Nico took very good care of us and made sure we were comfortable, gave us information on how to access the beach and restaurant recommendations. He’s very responsive over the phone and lovely to talk to! The security boys were also very sweet and we felt totally safe the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this place if you’re going with a partner or a friend.

My stay at Casa Coyote was wonderful. Evo the concierge was super helpful and attentive. Very clean rooms and safe atmosphere. You get the full Tulum experience as the hotel is located on the jungle side of the road while having full beach access just across the street. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful customer service, great location, safe and one of the best restaurants in the front of property, Loco Tulum. I would give it a 5 star but we had a front casita and the music was loud from the restaurant. Not a big deal but we older and go to bed early. The sink and shower had salty water. But they told us about it and they provided clean water to drink and use to brush our teeth:) You also are given complimentary access to a beach club. Great value for the cost. Across the street hotels are around $500 a night.

This spot is one of the few affordable places to stay on the strip, and comes with all the character and most of the amenities you'd want in Tulum. I'll stay there again. Also - just beneath there's one of the better restaurants around the area. Overpriced as expected, but worth a try.

Really nice place! It’s a bit far (walking) from the party & nice restaurant areas. It is very dark walking back at night where this place is. (Still safe) Place surprised me for the price, my only concern was that we were on the top room, you can see everything from the window BUT the people on the other side too! Maybe cover the windows so it’s not visible. Other than that, loved this place for the price!

I love the stay here! David and ivo are amazing. Such a beautiful/clean place. Only downside will be transportation. Quite far from downtown area but accessible to beach clubs.

I had a fantastic time here, and the room was really beautifully decorated. It didn't have much light, but it made for a great ambiance with the full lush garden view in the window. Having AC was excellent. The shared kitchen was also really useful. The Loco restaurant was the best I had in all of Tulum. My only issue was that on the first night or two there was a strong sewage smell (I imagine from the septic tank) around the room so I had to leave windows closed. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was a bit unpleasant. Still 5 stars tho, loved my time there.

We loved our stay in the property. Very boho vibe. Only thing was the hot water in the shower is never in sync it’s either boiling hot or cold water. But because it’s warm in Tulum cold water shower worked out okay. One min walk to the beach with water like you are bathing just used to make our day. Really good tasting food in the Loco , but very very expensive. But it’s the same everywhere in Tulum in the Hotel zone. Staff were really friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Ivo was very responsive before my check in and extremely nice and helpful upon arrival. The property itself is just as it is pictured online, clean and comfortable. Make sure you have bug spray though because the mosquitos are fierce!

Casa coyote is a very clean hotel and with comfortable beds. Big bathroom. AC works. The door broke when I was there and it was fixed immediately. They have a restaurant that has a good menu and live music as well on Sunday nite. The music is great. In general, it is closed to the beach and other hotels and restaurants and some boutique shopping stores. One caveat tho, everything in the hotel zone is quite expensive! Service charge in restaurants of abt 12-15% is already added to your bill. Everywhere you go food prices in restaurants are almost similar and very expensive. It’s like going to siesta key in Florida! I should say, the food is savory! Wait staff is friendly anywhere.

I had a fantastic stay at casa coyote. Host Ivo is very professional and kind in welcoming me to the place and stayed consistently communicative throughout my stay when I needed anything. All the staff members are kind and welcoming. It’s absolutely amazing value for the price of the place. Lots of food and shopping around the area. One advice : bring bug spray! I was eaten alive hahaha…

This is an absolutely nice place to stay while you explore Tulum. Spacious and well decorated rooms with all you need for a pleasant stay. Very responsive staff. A rooftop where you can swim in the pool and see the most beautiful sunsets in Tulum. Few steps from the beach, literally 1 min walking. And so many options around. Their restaurant Loco Tulum has amazing food. I will definitely recommend it.
