Todo bien, es un lugar muy limpio y para estar relajado, cerca de un balneario local a pie de laguna, el desayuno es muy bueno, lo único que no me gustó es que no dejan pagar con American Express y no dan aviso previamente

El hotel muy bonito y cerca de todo, restaurante muy rico y el personal en general muy atento !!! Te recomiendan todo lo relacionado al lugar y el trato de Juan (dueño) inigualable !!! Muy atento de sus huéspedes … sin duda regresaría !!!

We can thoroughly recommend the Blue Palm Hotel to anyone looking for an oasis of relaxation, good food, helpful recommendations, a beautiful pool, hammocks, free bike rental and a beautiful environment. The owners are very congenial and full of great suggestions for how to make the most of your time.

What an absolute pleasure to stay here! The most amazingly helpful and pleasant staff, great location close to water, restaurants, bars but still quiet, on site restaurant is excellent, pool and facilities are top notch. I literally can’t think of a way to recommend this place more!

Amazing hotel
Beautiful boutique hotel. The most lovely and helpful staff who cannot do enough for you (had coffee delivered to my room at 4am when they found out I was having to work UK time zone). Great location, great breakfast - just stay here!

Lovely Hotel! We stayed for 2 nights at this small, cozy, and nice hotel and it was the right choice. The staff was super friendly, we met other guests in the restaurant and they shared us also their positive feeling about the hotel. The food was good, especially the drinks. I would like to thank the two ladies in the reception for their kindness and attention. Definitely a great place to stay in Bacalar, we felt we spent the best two nights in Yucatan there 💚

What a stay! We enjoyed every second on the location, we typically don't stay in our hotel/resort much of our vacation time but this place feels so welcoming we enjoyed every second and spent more time than usual on site. The hammocks, in the gorgeous infinity pool was simply breathtaking, and so relaxful, the rooms are clean and have such a exquisite touch to them, making every room a private experience, however the absolute best was the service of the caring staff on site, genuinely you felt cared for, they offered help with smiles, and truly guided you to the best experience possible. Breakfast was served, so deliciously with service and a smile, we received an anniversary cake that was simply tasteful and the breakfast options that are included with the stay are yummy!!! We enjoyed knowing that staff is cared for and that they enjoy what they do, truly it shows. I'm eager to return and share this charming-location with all my family and friends. Its walking distance to the centro, and lagoon. We vacation quite a bit, but by far this place left us jaw dropped! We loved our stay. Thank You Blue Palm staff, Karina y Miguel

Tolles Hotel, klare Weiterempfehlung! Der Pool ist genial! Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Sichere Gegend, super Lage - man konnte in Bacalar gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Restaurants und die Lagune sind unweit entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett ist bequem. Es gibt einen Safe und einen kleinen Kühlschrank, sowie Duschartikel und einen Fön. Vor dem Zimmer ist eine bequeme Hängematte. Der Pool ist sauber und die Liegen bequem. Kostenfreie Fahrräder stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s central, has parking, beautiful pool, gorgeous rooms - so much care and attention has been put into this, and breakfast was the best so far. But, what makes this hotel really stand out is the service. The lady on reception was able to answer every question we had, and on arrival explained all the potential tours, restaurant recommendations, provided a map and gave us all the information we needed (in perfect English) - sadly we only had a day here. The owner ‘hosts’ breakfast welcoming and chatting to all guests, which is a really nice touch. He recommended a whole day of activities , which we followed, and it was fabulous. Very, very highly recommended. This is a must stay hotel.

Einzigartiges Hotel auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Das Personal ist herausragend aufmerksam und freundlich. Ausgezeichnet gutes Frühstück und Abendessen kann man im angrenzenden Restaurant mit sehr netter Bedienung und hervorragender Küche einnehmen. Der Inhaber Juan begrüßte uns jeden morgen persönlich mit Informationen über mögliche Ausflugsziele, Aktivitäten und Sehenswertes in Bacalar und Umgebung, was uns sehr begeisterte. Komfortable, saubere und schöne Zimmer, mit einem großen und bequemen Bett. Eine Poollandschaft mit schönen Garten die zum entspannen einlädt. Es können kostenlos Fahrräder für eine Ausfahrt genommen werden. Man fühlt sich durchgehend willkommen. Für uns das beste Hotel unserer Yucatan Rundreise, wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Ein großer Dank an das gesamte Team vom Hotel Blue Palm.
