Excelente servicio. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la habitación el primer día y de inmediato resolvieron. El personal es excelente. Miguel (concierge), Erick (maletero), los mesoneros Omar, Fredy, Diant, Luis; Elena con sus Omeletes. Todos nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Gracias.

Excelente como su nombre, te atienden con un cariño como si fueras familia, me encanto el trato de Paola, Lorenzo, Efrain, el gerente Nelson, ellos estan todos alli para hacer de tu estancia lo mejor de tus vacaciones, los cheff en TODOS los restaurantes son excelentes. La comida exquisita, las piscinas impecables todo muy rico, fui 5 dias y ya quiero volver. Gracias a todo el hotel me encantaria nombrarlos uno por uno plorque todos desde que entras son maravillosos, las actividades de recreacion son buenisimas!!!!! Le Doy un 11/10!!!!!

9.5 puntos realmente merecidos.
Este hotel lo elegimos por la calificación que posee, aunque las fotografías no lo acompañaran como otros hoteles del mismo nivel. Fue una decisión acertada. Desde que llegas te das cuenta el porqué de la calificación tan alta: excelente servicio con miles de detalles. Tal vez no sea el edificio no sea el más moderno de la costa, pero está perfectamente mantenido y distribuidos los espacios. El servicio y atención constante son lo más destacable. Otros hoteles parece que siempre estuvieran esperando una propina para para una atención detacable, aquí no; siempre atentos, cordiales y amistosos. El restaruant Frances es sublime. El resto, es como cualquier otro all-inclusive si hablamos de la calidad de la comida. Posee una agenda de actividades cuidada y divertida. Para ellos, claramente es importante este tema. Lo único malo fue la calidad de la cama, fue muy pobre ya que se trataba de un colchón con mucho uso y, por tanto, vencido.

Would have been nice to receive the vip instead they try and sell me for a room upgrade. Service was slow around the pools. One bartender Saturday at swim up created a long wait for a drink. Food was par. No one showed us around where things were located. Shows we nothing excellent from any other resort if not worse honestly. For being a top tier of service I would recommend this place for a person to lay around and read with an hourly drink.

This is an all-inclusive hotel. All meals and drinks are included. Our room was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable. The balcony had a table with two chairs and a nice, cozy heart-shaped outdoor bed. Their pools were clean and cool to swim in. There were plenty of fun things to do at this hotel. The meals were amazing!

Staff was so friendly, and place was nice but I could never stay again because the paths surrounding the area including the pool are so slippery, I fell several times. The first day I broke a toe and got scraped up pretty good. The coating on the cement is bad. Even the tile in the room I had to be extra careful. If anything was wet it was treacherous. If they fix that I would go back.

It was a pretty okay resort! I have stayed at better, i didn’t like the fact that you had to wake up at 6:30AM to get a chair by the pool. There wasn’t enough chairs for everyone. The bar service at the pools was not good and super slow.. the room we stayed in was right by the entertainment, which was sooooooo loud some nights. Which we like to sleep so it was inconvenient for that. And our bed was HARD AS A ROCK. The drinks were good! Food was great! Beaches were kept clean! Towel service was good! Room service was fast and good! All in all it was a decent stay. I probably wont go back. But that’s just because we don’t stay in the same place more than once usually.

I would like to call out Carla (the resort manager) for her exceptional customer service. She is super amazing on taking care of everything. I had some room misalignment but she handled super elegantly and accommodated an alternative room. Most importantly, her passion to get it right is what the true difference of my stay. I really appreciate your service Carla and thank you making the stay lot more pleasant and enjoyable.

This was our 4th trip to this resort, very pretty, quiet, great food and staff. I will be back. Only down fall this trip our room did not have blackout curtains, very bright in room at 7am. Other than this amazing resort.
