“The staff was great love the way they treated us, thank you”

“ Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. ”

“Love this hotel, luxurious and relaxing with many amenities and high quality attention. Staff is amazing, rooms are gorgeous and with full attention to detail. Will be coming back asap.”
